Integral Industries' production capabilities demonstrate our flexibility as a small machine shop. Customers rely upon us to perform all phases of general and precision machining and to service orders that vary in both complexity and size. We are able to machine many types and forms of materials varying in machinability from aluminum to nickel. Unlike some of the larger companies, we are able to fulfill orders of small and large lot quantities without sacrificing just-in-time delivery and competitive prices. To ensure the efficiency and integrity of our production process, we utilize continuous improvement procedures. Our operation adheres to the most stringent of industry standards for quality, inspection and calibration, utilizing strict in-process and final inspection procedures.

Utilizing MasterCAM to its fullest extent allows Integral to machine parts with compound angles, conical and spherical surfaces and design fixtures to hold complex castings and forgings. We have the ability to help our customers design and build proto-type work for their future endeavors. With a manufacturing cell and computer workstation dedicated to design work, we are able to focus our efforts wholly on the customer's specific parts and machining needs. | ||
